Earlier in the year, I hired Melbourne Table Co to design a table for my bookshop in Fitzroy. The owner, Joe, was wonderful to work with both in terms of communicating and in his constructing exactly the vision I had for the shop. He was professional, creative, and attentive. I purchased one of Melbourne Table Co.'s wonderfully designed tables earlier in the year. I had struggled to find someone who would make a table to my specifications and within my price range. Joe provided me with so many options to custom make my dining room table. He provided me with a range of different options regarding the timber, colour, size, design along with quotes for each different way it could be done. I've never had a contractor give me options before! With Melbourne Table Co I was able to choose what timber, finish, colour and size I wanted all within my price range. I am so thrilled with my table, it fits PERFECTLY into my oddly shaped dining room! I also had some small DIY restorations to some old furniture I was doing and Joe was so helpful at giving me free advice regarding how to properly restore them! I absolutely adore my handmade Tasmanian oak table! Joe was so helpful, so informative, this is just an all round great company. I would highly recommend them for other interior designers and homeowners.
