“After having a bad experience with another local flooring company we went here. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. They walk us through our options for our price range and helped us narrow down our choices. I'm a bit indecisive so I went back a few times to double and triple check. They were great. Installers were on time and asked if we wanted to keep some of the big leftovers, which we did, for free. My wife and I have sold that house and are having them do our floors in the latest house. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars was because in our new home we got a bid for hardwood and when we came back after doing a few price comps the price changed. They explained hardwood fluctuates like gas prices...that would have been good to know before we took some time price checking. All in all they're good people.”
