I needed to replace flooring on a rental property and was initially looking at carpet (but it lacked long term durability) & then sheet lino (which I thought cheapens the look). Behn showed me a number of vinyl plank flooring options which look like timber but have the durability of vinyl. He & his team were great. I had quality advice, was very well looked after & it was reasonably priced. I really felt I was dealing with people who have integrity - which I find is rare in business. The floor looks great (even prospective tenants were commenting) & the property was rented at a better than expected rent.

My wife & I are very happy with the timber flooring & carpet purchased from Esspada & laid for our new house. The service & quality of flooring options recommended & provided by RJ Bear & the team at Esspada was excellent in helping us make our choice & we were very happy with the price. It was much less than what we would have paid had we gone with the builders option. Esspada stored our flooring at no charge until we took possession & were able to arrange for the installation. We had limited time available for the flooring to be laid but RJ organised the tradesmen & even though we had allowed 3 days, Lee & Jonathan were finished in less than 2 days. They were very courteous & professional & we are extremely satisfied with the results, & our visitors have been very impressed with the quality & finish. Esspada has been my best find ever when it comes to interior design! Behn & the team at Esspada Collection are a credit to the organisation. Their professionalism, product knowledge and customer service are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. We purchased Elyseum Spotted Gum floor boards, trim and roller blinds see through & block out. Both the flooring & the custom made blinds were well priced. The installers who laid the floor were meticulous. They examined each floor board cut them precisely to ensure they matched knots & varied the colours in the boards to show the beautiful timber of the spotted gum to full effect. They are master crafts men at their job. They were quiet, polite, fast, efficient yet the attention to detail was never compromised. They cleaned up every day after the job and finished ahead of schedule. We are absolutely thrilled with our Elyseum Spotted Gum floor boards and our Roller Blinds. I have had the best service and experience with Esspada. In fact I have recommended to a few of my friends, who have also used Esspada products and services, and they have been extremely happy. I was looking for inexpensive floor solution for my garage as I had planned to use the space to entertain. Initially I looked at some vinyl options from Bunnings. Then a friend of mine took me to Esspada. The team at Esspada understood exactly what flooring would suit my needs and it was perfect. Price was very reasonable and I was suprised it was cheaper than Bunnings vinyl. It was laid within the week. I then chose new timber blinds for all my windows, changed my carpet and all was very reasonable and the service impeccable. I was amazed at the transformation and decided to go ahead and cover my tile floors with timber flooring. I cannot fault the product, the service and the tradesmen. I highly recommend Esspada. It is not just about picking flooring or blinds, I also bought a beautiful artwork for my living room wall and Behn at Esspada has a wonderful collection of original art at reasonable prices to finish off the complete look.

Sold me a horrible faulty carpet with holes and lines all through it after telling me it was brand new and without letting me inspect it first. extremely difficult to deal with afterward, don't reply to emails for weeks and only get a response when I call them. Going on for weeks and no resolution or decent response. Very aggressive.

I can not stress enough how happy I am with the service and care that Esspada provided me with. They sent one of their professional estimators to measure our establishment and offered all the information we needed about commercial graded vinyl, suitable for a restaurant environment, so we could make an informed selection. They also gave me the best prices while not compromising on the quality of the flooring or the installation. 100% happy with the outcome, and recommend them to everyone.
