Darren was one of three that quoted the job. Unlike the others, he took our wishes into consideration and worked with us to design the pergola we wanted. His professionalism and friendly manner cemented our relationship. His construction team of Jamie and Matt were tremendous. They worked together enthusiastically and it was quite apparent that they were not prepared to take short-cuts or use any defective supplies. Their eye for detail was very much appreciated as the end result far exceeded our expectations. The entire project was completed within two weeks and entirely on schedule, which was terrific as I had other contractors schedule for other works around it. The gabled pergola has opened an entirely new dimension to our home as it has now become a modern out-door living area, ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. I would be very happy to recommend Darren and his Team to any prospective purchaser.

I hired Modern Solutions to install a Stratco Outback carport with a Cooldeck insulated roof for me. It was a stress-free process from start to finish and any issues were dealt with easily, promptly and to my complete satisfaction. The team, consisting of Darren Wallis who came to quote and Jamie & Matt who installed the carport, were absolutely professional, courteous, punctual, and diligent in their service. The installers were very hardworking to complete the carport in the minimum timeframe for me without compromise to the quality of the end product. My carport not only looks great from afar but it is flawless up close. Their price was also competitive with other quotes I obtained. I am glad I came across Modern Solutions (actually by googling carport installers in my area and only noticed them on Houzz after I hired them). I would definitely recommend Modern Solutions. Having experienced frustrating dealings with a variety of other trade companies for other renovations to my home during the 2016 year including Bathroom + laundry renovation, Colorbond fencing and Landscaping works, I found dealing with Modern Solutions so pleasantly different and straightforward, it was a breath of fresh air.
