From the first time we walked in the office and met Craig, our journey with ACT Renovations has been the best. The process is simple to understand and stepped us through the many stages and decisions with ease. Kaitlin was amazing, providing us with a range of options for our tight space and helping us to think outside of the box a bit, and oh so patient with us changing our minds so many times. The site crew were friendly and efficient and got on with each as if they were family. It was a joy to have them in the house (we miss them a little bit now the job is finished). They even cleaned up at the end of each day and provided photos in the portal which gave a great record of progress. We are super happy with our new bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite. It has changed our lives. We thoroughly recommend ACT Renovations for your renovation - you won’t regret it.

I cannot thank ACT Renovations enough for the design and construction of my main bathroom. You took it from the brown/beige of the 1980s to a room that is lighter, has personality (in a good way) and makes much better use of space. Craig provided a comprehensive quote and was responsive to all questions. Kaitlin was exceptionally patient and offered guidance during the design process. ACT Renovations' trades were efficient, showed high quality workmanship, were exceptionally tidy and did everything they could to not impact others in the street. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently renovated our entire townhouse. ACT Renovations were so patient and professional throughout the entire project. No question too big or small, no request too hard. We're so impressed at everything - from the design through to communication, workmanship and attention to detail. ACT Renovations undertook a renovation of our main bathroom and ensuite. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but didn’t have the time or expertise to project manage the renovations ourselves. Having one company who could manage the whole thing for us took a lot of the stress out of our renovations, and the knowledge and experience of the ACT Renovations team meant that we ended up with even better bathrooms than we imagined. Craig provided us with a comprehensive quote which incorporated all of the features we wanted and was fully itemised which meant that we didn’t have any surprises in terms of the final cost. Bella’s designs, and tweaks to our original ideas, resulted in functional and beautiful spaces. Her assistance during the selection of tiles and fittings made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. Brad managed the trades very efficiently and the use of the Buildertrend app meant we had ready access to the schedule, photos of each stage of the work, and all of our documentation in one place. All trades were very professional and completed their work to a high standard. They were great to deal with, arrived on time, took a lot of care with our home, tidied up at the end of every day, and discussed any minor changes needed throughout. The end result is beautiful, practical bathrooms that are a pleasure to use. We couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend ACT Renovations who offer a fantastic level of customer service, which is matched by the quality of their work.

ACT Renovations were highly recommended by friends, and we are so pleased that the team met these high expectations! From the initial quote and design phase through to completion the communication, flexibility, and attention to detail from the whole team was amazing. What initially started as an ensuite, bathroom, laundry renovation expanded to flooring and removing windows / installing a three part sliding door. We had a vision for the overall look we were after for each component of the renovation, and the advice from ACT Renovations on how to best achieve this was spot on. We are so happy with the final outcome, which is both visually amazing and functional for our family of four.

ACT Renovations updated our house in Curtin, they fully renovated the bathroom, main bedroom and ensuite, pantry and laundry and created a mudroom in the entry. We love the new look to our home. We found all the staff and contractors to be highly professional, friendly and obliging. They were open to make changes to the original plan and had great design suggestions. Any little issues that occurred along the way were dealt with quickly and the work areas were tidied up at the end of each day making it easier for us to stay in the house during the reno. I can’t recommend ACT Renovations highly enough. From quote to completion, every single staff member, contractor and tradie we dealt with provided us with exceptional customer service. Communication with the team was always very easy and every trade who came through the door was incredibly respectful of our home. Our site manager and trades regularly checked in with us on the plans to ensure we understood the implications of our decisions and to make sure we were happy all the way down to the specific placement of robe hooks, down light placement and silicone colour. The design service that comes as part of the package is great. Even when we had a very clear idea of exactly what we wanted, the design team still helped us to get the most out of our limited space. A dedicated project manager and site manager meant we had zero stress about the process, everyone operates together like a well-oiled machine. We will absolutely engage ACT Renovations again for future work we need done. As they say, you get what you pay for, and ACT Renovations was worth every cent.
