Through this design and management practice, I streamline the whole design and construction process for you from initial pre-design meetings to the final built construction. My professional service includes pre-purchase consultation, design to respond to the client’s specific requirements, its setting and environment, obtain development approval, provide adequately detailed technical drawings that minimise cost variations and on-site administration. Thorough familiarity with state and local council planning issues besides broad knowledge of Building Code of Australia enables me to work with most sites, e.g. hill slopes, beach houses, and flood or bushfire prone lands. I mostly use programs like Revit so that I can create 3D models with my clients. This way, the design process becomes intuitive, but this technology (sometimes referred to as BIM: building information modelling) allows me to prototype your project before construction.
