A certain level of fixtures, fittings, flooring, appliances, etc. that they offer as part of their new home package. Some of these standards are very disappointing and will only be revealed after you’ve signed the contract. At Brightspace Homes we offer a higher standard than most. We chose this standard based on what we would expect in our own homes and don’t think you should settle for anything less. That being said, your standard is completely up to you.
