We had a great experience renovating our family home with Chisholm Constructions. From the moment we enquired right through until the final handover, Tom was responsive and committed to the process. All trades were respectful and tidy - our neighbours all gave glowing reports for how clean the site remained and the limited disruption in the area. The team are approachable and management across the detail - we were engaged regularly throughout the process and it felt as though we could have as much or as little input as we desired. The execution of the build and quality of tradesmanship was of a really high standard and we could not have been happier with the final product. We were back in our home by Christmas as promised, and our budget was adhered to. We would recommend Chisholm Constructions without reservation to anyone considering renovating or building a home. Tom designed and renovated a sitting room plus en suite to make an outstanding bedroom, en suite and family room purely from a verbal outline of requirements. The result has totally changed the look and feel of the upstairs of the house and made a 2 1/2 bedroom house into a fully-fledged 3 bedroom house with a quality feel.

Tom is a highly skilled tradesman. Tom provides a high quality of workmanship and is very reliable. He completed our project on time and within Budget. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and have done so. Not a bad bloke either. :)
