Professional Information

David Edelstein is the founder and driving force behind Domus Homes. David has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a B Sc in Building Management. David has 40 years experience in property, 30 years in Sydney working for listed property developers such as FAI Properties, Walker Corporation and Australand in senior positions with resposibility for the design and delivery of multiple medium density and high rise developments as well as new business acquistion. Domus Homes was founded ten years ago and has successfully completed numerous new home, renovation and addition projects. David has experience and when you emply Domus Homes to look after your project, because it is a boutique company, you will work with David from Concept to Completion. David's team of custom designers, interior designers, consultants and builders are all handpicked and like David, are experienced and at the top of their game, ensuring your project delivery is safe, economical and enjoyable.

The guys at Domus have been great all the way with our newly designed home. From the first consultation until after the home has been built all the staff and builders have been very approachable, friendly, honest and open to all of our questions and enquiries. As with any build.. there were minor issues that occurred, but all were acknowledged and dealt with in a timely and friendly manner... We initially wanted more than what the other bigger companies were prepared to do for us but could not afford the costs of a private builder, Domus Homes fitted nicely for us in terms of flexibility, personal attention, quality of build and cost allowing us to make minor changes here and there throughout the process without overspending or more importantly wasting both time and money. We are very happy with the house the guys at Domus Homes built for us. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom-built house!!

We had no idea how to renovate a house and Domus Homes took all of the stress out of building and helped choose tasteful accessories for the house within our price range, gave us choice of architect and builder and negotiated on our behalf in all areas.. Well worth the money.
