Measured once and cut multiple times. Internal panels are full of stickers covering badly measured drill holes. Panels don't line up against the walls either. Drawers weren't assembled correctly according to Hettich's procedures either (missing screws and crimps not punched). Completely ignored us when we subsequently asked that he come and fix it up.
