James and his team seemed professional at first. We commissioned them for a 2 storey hybrid floorboards job at our home. We paid in full the last day they were here in October 2021. Then we noticed a missing piece of scotia, some gaps in the floor boards...which James agreed to fix promptly. However, on multiple occasions he has simply not come. These issues have still not been completed at end of June 2022.

Paid for floor repair in November 2020 turned out to be defective. Pleaded for repair in good faith but all the time being delayed for whatever reasons it is still not repaired now, which is June 2022. Many repair promises were given but never completed the repair. I wish I'd never deal with them back in Nov 2020, so much frustration and headache! Aattached photos showed what they left me for I had paid good money for!

“Important” word of warning This company is also known as Valdes Z flooring I am truly sorry to say that, like many others I have become another victim of James Harrison “VALUEZ FLOORING” There is no point to go about the endless promises he made. This company is also known as Value Z flooring. Complete scammers. Takes depsoists during the pandemic and never delivers or refunds the deposits. Do not deal with this fake company. James Lee Harrison should not be trusted. A whole heaps of ACCC and law suits agianst them and their other shady companies.
