We specialise is the design and construction of new homes in the $500,000 to $1,500,000 price range in the Perth area. We have chosen to remain a low volume builder and offer a very different experience to dealing with the volume builders. Our clients only deal with one person for the duration of their project who is the owner of the business, a registered Architect and registered building practitioner. Every house we build is individually designed to meet our clients requirements and the unique features of their site. We have shown many times that we can offer our clients a superior finish at similar or even less cost than the project builders are able to offer. We regularly build on difficult sites with uneven slopes or awkward shapes, under croft garages and the like. So as we like to say - Why live in someone else's design when we can build you a custom designed home built to your individual requirements for no more than the project builders will charge you to live in one of their designs.
