This builder has been building a duplex on an adjacent property to mine for the past 3+ years. Unfortunately they have not maintained adequate drainage systems on their building site so every time there is heavy rain our property gets flooded and damaged from the water running off the building site. After ongoing requests to Justin to rectify the issue and promises of putting in a drainage system on his building site, nothing has been done. Beware do not use this builder!!

We hired JBL to completely renovate our downstairs bathroom. It was a fairly complex bathroom renovation as the sauna had to be removed and a new sauna area built in a different location within the overall space. We were pleased with the communication from Justin and Leigh throughout the project, the quality of the major works to re-position the plumbing and electrics, and the outstanding quality of the finish. They dealt with any queries we had and ensured we were happy with the finished bathroom. Based on that first job, we immediately had them renovate a second bathroom, which was also completed to the same high standard.

I decided to use these guys after seeing the quality of their work.They were the best communicators and answered all questions, helping with choices and took a real interest in how our family could use spaces and our personal tastes.JBL expected all staff to be polite, on time and clean up after each day whilst being considerate to neighbours.Pricing was accurate which no overruns.I would not hesitate to recommend these guys if you want a quality finish that comes in on time and on cost.

Early 2018 we decided to fully renovate our two bedroom townhouse with the aim of doing as much of the work ourselves but leaving the bathrooms to the professionals. JBL was one of three that came and quoted for a full renovation of our main bathroom and laundry/2nd bathroom as well as tiling our downstairs living area. Brendan was really personable and spent time going over our options and gave some great advice and ideas on what we could do with our renovation. The quote was competitive and after seeing pictures of their previous work and chatting with Brendan we decided to go ahead with the work. We also liked that it was a family run business with his brothers and that they were all super keen on the project. It was easily the best decision we made during our renovation. The team did an amazing job, the finishes were spot on and I could not fault any of their workmanship. We were really happy with the result when it was complete (which was on time) and 6 months on there has been zero issues. I've included some before and after photos of the work.
