Katana Builders

A few years ago Katana completed an extention on our home. The extention was outstanding and was finished on time. To this day the extention looks fantastic and people still comment on the workmanship. I also raised concerns I had with our home that I had attempted to have repaired previously by other companies/tradesmen. Some of the corncerns I raise were defects in our home that existed for over 60 years and were cause a of continual issues. No one else seemed interested in tackling these issues. They were "too hard". But not so for Katana. They were reasonably quoted and completed on time with the extention. The tradesmen working for Katana were punctual, professional, and accomadating.

We absolutely love our home created by Katana builders. Scott was always friendly, approachable and professional & led the team to work their way through challenges that came up throughout the process. Our site manager Tony was incredible. His care for our project and attention to detail was brilliant. Our architect who served as our project manager found Tony to be a brilliant point of contact. I’ve also been impressed with the follow ups that have occurred since we moved in.

As an Architectural firm it can be difficult finding builders that share both your vision and your collaborative work ethos. Scott and the guys at Katana integrated with us totally seamlessly, and I could not recommend them more highly. Their professionalism on site, their relationship building with clients, neighbours and contractors is above reproach. Any issues during construction were handled quickly and from a solution-centric perspective. It was a pleasure working with the whole team and we can't wait to work with them again. Thanks guys.

Happy to recommend Katana. They were professional and courteous, and were really helpful with offering suggestions and solutions to any problems that arose. Their time management was excellent, giving us plenty of time to make decisions throughout the process, and sticking to their schedule (in fact they finished early!).
