With you, we establish budgets, tender and select sub-contractors, programme and make recommendations. Together we work towards the best solution for you to manage cost, allowing a greater sense of involvement during the build process. Project Management; where we are engaged early by the client to manage the various stages and stakeholders of your project; from overseeing design development through engaging architects, designers and consulting engineers; gaining authority approvals; budget development; programming; tendering and ultimately engaging a builder and overseeing the delivery of the project. Fixed Price; where we are engaged under a fixed price lump sum arrangement, building to your approved design and specifications. This option is best utilized only when the design and scope of works is well defined and fully documented. Consultation; we can provide assistance on any aspect of the design and construction process. This can include feasibility studies, budget and design development, project planning, authority and consultant liaison and construction inspections.

Her experience spans 15 years working with industry professionals both in Australia and Ireland ranging from homes, retail fit-outs, bars, commercial interiors, kitchen design and joinery.
