We have recently renovated our 3 bedroom Paddington terrace with Milan, MJ Building Services. The main areas were; - new kitchen and bathroom - improvements to the laundry (cabinetry to hide laundry & adding a sink) - lit shelving and TV cabinet/storage in the living room - changing the flow of indoors to outdoor backyard by extending the stair access - improved lighting throughout - decorating throughout and sanding floors Firstly, Milan has many years of experience behind him and is very much in touch with new trends and modern methods. He has his finger on the pulse in terms of new materials, finishes and what's hot and innovative. He has a fantastic ability to really understand what it is you want to achieve and interprets it in a manner that exceeds your aspiration and functional needs, as well as taking the style of the house into consideration to maximise the existing features of the house both internally and externally. His attention to detail is quite incredible, he goes the extra mile on everything he turns his hand to ensuring all jobs, no matter how big or small, are finished to his very high standards. In turn his team are also incredibly talented and diligent. We wanted to be involved at every stage of the work and Milan embraced this, fully involving us and talking us through all the details, big and small. He guided us where needed and the result speaks for itself. Milan never once said no it can't be done, and added value to every suggestion we made as well as making many, many great suggestions which we implemented. He also completed the work in record time, on budget and with no hiccups.Needless to say we are thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Milan.
