Director and builder Michael Hill has 24 years’ experience as a carpenter and builder in the industry and brings to his company a high level of attention to detail and a broad range of technical building expertise. Having spent many years renovating and extending period homes and creating new houses, Michael has acquired the skills required to transform an original house into a stunning home with a professional team of employees and subcontractors. Michael values building client relationships as much as building new homes, additions and renovations. Team - Neumode’s enthusiastic and collaborative team consists of a number of full time employees including a project manager, whose 28 years’ experience as a carpenter and builder has led him to win many industry awards, a project administrator, accountant, office administration, senior carpenters, carpenters and full time labourers dedicated to maintaining the sites. Project management - Neumode’s project management is second to none with the latest in estimating and job management software. Each individual project is managed online so our clients are up to date with the progress of their construction. Process - Neumode prides its self on being able to deliver a complete package from initial concept through to hand over of the finished home. We can also work from your own architect supplied plans.
