We are a family owned and operated business and provide a fully transparent HIA Building Contract that includes all costs to provide to you a fully built, approved granny flat where we simply hand you the keys. We can provide a very basic granny flat right through to a high custom designed granny flat with inclusion upgrades, we have the scale to provide this scope. Unlike most builders, we do all our approvals in-house, as well as the design and draft all our granny flats.
