Reece and his team undertook a major renovation on our house (while we lived in it) in Nedlands in 2017. They are a professional and skilled team with excellent communications during the project. They are tidy and efficient with high quality finishes and they are not satisfied until the work is completed to the highest standard, I could not recommend this friendly and quality team more highly. Not many people get to the end of a renovation and can say they miss the builders - but we did!

I approched Reece from truline constructions to design and build a new pagolia at the rear of my property in mullaloo. Reece provided me with several designs with diffrent material options. We decided on a cedar lined, pitched patio with pre- finished boards and colour matched roof plumbing. The end result is a reflection on Reeces attention to detail. It is perfect! there is not a visible nail hole, miss aligned board or anything to fault. Both Reece and Jay were on time everyday and cleaned up there mess everyday with minimal disturbance to myself and young family. Overall i couldnt be happier with the result and would have no hesistation in recomending Truline constructions for any type of construction works in the future

Tru-Line has carried out various maintenance/renovation works at our property, some of which have been complex and technical. This work has been done to a very high standard. Tru-Line obtained engineering expertise when this was appropriate. Tru-Line also arranged and co-ordinated the various different trades required for the work scopes. Tru-Line is very easy and professional to work with. Tru-Line provided clear cost estimates upfront. These also specified what the cost uncertainties might be, thereby avoiding surprises. During the work Tru-line ensured that the activities were properly supervised and safely carried out. The work site has always been left in a clean and tidy state afterwards. Tru-Line has also followed up afterwards to check on the quality of the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Tru-Line Construction to anyone.

Reece was excellent to work with! I used Truline Construction for my dental practice renovations and am very happy with the result. Communication was excellent as Reece was always reliable, punctual and responsive to emails and phone calls (sadly not common with many tradesmen!). Reece took extra time to make sure he researched and understood all the dental specific considerations for my project. His work ethos assured me that the end result would be of impeccable standard. A year onwards and I have had zero problems and will be enlisting Truline's services to fit out my 2nd room. Would highly recommend for medical/commercial/residential projects.

Tru-line completely renovated our 1970s style, small 3x1 into a modern 4x2 in just over 3 months, opening up the living space as well as renovating the existing laundry and bathroom. All this was while at the same time building a stand-along 2x1 granny flat at the rear of the property. Reece was flexible and receptive to many changes in scope and was always professional and accommodating. He kept us up to date on progress, and was upfront and meticulous in his planning and explicit about any risks and additional costs that would come from changes we were considering, so that we had no unpleasant surprises. In the end, he brought the whole project in under budget and on time, and there was a massive bouquet of flowers and bottle of champagne waiting for us when we moved back in! That sort of attention to detail is what characterises his work, and the quality of the workmanship in the finished product is second-to-none. In case it's not clear already, we couldn't be happier with the end result, and would highly recommend Reece and Tru-line Construction to anyone that is considering having work done to their property.

Our 3x2 1970's house was well overdue for a renovation. I engaged Reece from Tru-Line Constructions after searching for local builders on the internet. After the first site visit I had a good first impression and was happy with his estimate. It started with just squaring up some arch ways and doing the kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Our scope quickly changed and soon we were doing the laundry, 2nd bathroom, removing walls, extending walls ECT. Reece provided a fair estimate for all the work and every quote was worst case scenario, so surprisingly a lot of work came in under budget. No nasty surprises. Reece was also very flexible and had no problem with me doing some manual labour over the weekends,stripping out bathrooms, tiles, kitchen cabinetry to save money on labour. Reece engaged most sub-contractors but was flexible enough for me to engage some trades as well, and worked with them closely to achieve the end result on time with no hassle's. We set a fairly tight time frame for the renovation of 3 months. It ended up being a full internal renovation and completed on time, on budget and to a very high standard. I have used Truline Construction twice over the past two years to refurbish an old timber deck and to extend and built a connection deck at a lower level. Each time the experience has been a good one, and I am very happy with the result. Reece is very professional in his approach to the job. The quality and standard of work from his team is excellent and he is very open to suggestions or changes along the way, whilst at the same time will offer his ideas. The end result is better than anticipated. They have a great work ethic and the price is fair and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
