“TK has done several small jobs for me...from installing crown molding to building custom basement window covers. The craftsmanship is exceptional. TK is priced right. They do much larger projects as well but so far, all my jobs have been on the smaller scale. Should I need anything larger, I would not hesitate calling them first.”

“We interviewed the top 4 or 5 builders in central PA and a clear winner emerged. As a result of an extensive process, we are currently working with Roland Builder on a custom home. They are incredibly professional and so wonderful to work with from the actual design of our home to the actual build. They have such amazing in house expertise with home design, site location and building a high quality home. Our project manager is on top of every aspect of this project - very detail-oriented and a great communicator. The office staff which includes members of the Roland family are warm and helpful. They are timely and responsive to our needs. This is our first time building a custom home and they are making it such a positive experience. We highly recommend Roland Builder.”

“We contracted with Dugan Custom Construction on a total kitchen redesign and remodel for us and we couldn't be more pleased. The result is a stunning custom kitchen which is far more beautiful than our old kitchen and much more functional. Russ Dugan's attention to detail from the design concept through the finished product has far exceeded our expectations. This is the second time we have worked with Russ on a major renovation, which is why we did not hesitate to contact him on this recent project without consulting anyone else.
