“We installed two large NanaWalls in our lakefront cabin in Whistler, BC, Canada. They are a fantastic addition as they highlight the lake and mountain views from our living room, dining room and kitchen. It's wonderful to open them all up, bring the outside in and let the fresh air flow through our home. We shopped around and ended up choosing NanaWall for a number of reasons including: the company's strong reputation, the large number of available options and configurations, the ease of operation and for the beauty of the product. “Received a quote + visited their show room. Friendly & knowledgeable. They recommended we get 4 sliding doors for our closet instead of 3, which wasn't even something that had crossed my mind, but makes sense since we'd have access to 1/2 of our closet at a time instead of just 1/3 of it. Not the cheapest, but they seem like they would be easy + hassle free.”

“They replaced a very large window in front, 2 smaller windows, and sliding patio doors. Walter expressed concern about poor nature of existing windows and brought the job foreman out on a 2nd visit to make sure the installation would go well. The entire job took 1 1/2 days. The crew arrived on time and worked very neatly. After completion, I noticed I couldn't get 2 of the window locks to lock down, so I called the company and left a voice message. I received a response only 30 min later; and, they sent the crew back out the same day to make the adjustment. - great service! and, we feel the price was very fair!”

“Portalais is a great resource for authentic European materials. They use highly skilled craftsmen here in the US and abroad, and only sell beautiful materials. Louis even arranged for us to visit a shop in France that specializes in reproduction doors and cabinets, so we saw firsthand how incredibly accurate, detailed, and well made their products are. Working with Louis and Edwin is pleasant. They're always professional and thorough, and go the extra mile to make the project perfect. I don't know of any other place in the Bay Area that can do what Portalais does for a house project.”
