“Matt and his crew removed our pellet stove and replaced it with a gas unit, which required rebuilding our fireplace, with a very positive result. The crew was professional from start to finnish. Clean-up was done at the end of each day. Minimal disruption in our home . Complete care in managing any debris by covering all our furniture and providing access for the crew without disturbing our home. We recommend Pacific Hearth and Home to anyone who wants a professional job doone at a veery reasonable cost. Our friends seen the result and are impressed with the quality of the workmanship. “Buck Factory Outlet did a beautiful job removing and replacing our gas direct fireplace. They were able to take out the old fireplace with minimal damage to the interior facing and exterior walls. The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”

“Siteline has worked with Abercrombie on many projects over the years and we have never had anything short of exemplary service. Their products are all very high quality, their employees are all hard working, timely and considerate and the owners have always gone out of their way to provide us with the information and products we need for our projects to be successful. I have never had a client call back related to one of their products or installations and they have always gone the extra step of teaching our clients how to use their new products which is not a typical service. I can not recommend them more highly.”

“I worked with Jason Elder, the owner, on redesigning my old fireplace. He was full of ideas and extremely creative with his solutions. Him and his team were super professional and easy to work with. Best part, other than how gorgeous and modern it looks now, is that it wasn't as expensive as I thought. I will be using them again for my outdoor fireplace next!”
