Flitch and Rasp is the work of Bianca Hayden, a visual artist and sculptor, turn furniture marker. Utilizing reclaimed and recycled timber, up-cycled objects and other ethically sourced materials, Bianca creates unique personal bespoke furniture and artworks that draw from her love of decay, and the subsequent patina caused by time. Each piece is lovingly hand carved to stay true to the soul of the wood, and its past. The end result is a harmonious layering of history that you can eat off.
