They lack the care and attention to the quality assurance of their bedframes. Once funds have been transferred, don't expect to hear back from the owner to offer an apology - let alone take the time to discuss the post-sales experience.

They custom design bedheads and are always accommodating when I need different heights, widths etc... they have a great range of fabrics and I use my own if I wish.
