I looked at other options, including closer for delivery, but I couldn't find anything that compared. I also felt confident buying this online. The company are very responsive and personal. They had what I needed in stock and it arrived within 7 days from Perth to Brisbane....so happy to have it arrive for Christmas.

Have now shopped with rustic charm interiors twice, and both time have felt a little let down. 18 months ago we purchased a dining table from them off the floor but they only had 4 chairs - not a problem, ordered another 4 chairs to be available in about 3 months time...we got them 7 months later. Last may we ordered a hall table and bench - we all had a laugh - including the owners about when we could expect it and they assured us it would be before Xmas (yes that is a 7month wait!) Well it is now the end of March and they are coming up with every excuse possible as to why we STILL haven't got our furniture...11 months after we ordered it! The furniture this company offers is unique and the people are really nice - but I give you a couple of warnings before dealing with this company- 1) don't believe any time frame as to when your furniture will be ready 2) don't pay in full up front - even though they will tell you it speeds up the manufacturing and delivery time - it doesn't, and they don't make everyone pay in full so you will still have to wait for your container to be released because other customers haven't paid - this is where we are at now!!

When I was looking for a new bed I found this website and was thrilled with the variety of furniture available. I quickly found the bed that was ideally suited to my room and made an order. The promptness of the response from the store was very impressive (within the hour) to confirm the order and then delivery was on time as well. The staff were wonderful to deal with, my new bed looks wonderful and I would definitely recommend this site to others.

I fell in love with an idea for a beautiful dining table but couldn't find the exact thing I wanted. She was understanding, professional, courteous, prompt and understood the styles I wanted and went out of her way to help me with putting my pieces altogether. She also kept me up to date during the entire shipping process so that i could arrange to be home to recieve them. I highly recommend Rustic Charm Interiors and look forward to continuing to work with Crystal on upcoming home projects.
