Trouve Home & Lifestyle is owned by Sue Fairbairn. Sue shares with us her background and what led her to bring "Trouve" to the Coast. "My earliest memories as a young girl, I was always rearranging the family home. I loved decorating for as long as I can remember. I left school to do hairdressing and then worked alongside my Father as a designer and manufacturer in his business of ladies leather handbags. It was here that I learnt to have a high standard of work ethics and always producing high quality. Eventually I followed my passion in interior decorating and enrolled to study Interior Decoration at the Sydney Interior Design School. I now have 20 years experience working in homewares, furniture and fabrics!" Sue opened Trouve at Terrigal in 2010 where she operated successfully for five years. In 2015 Sue, along with her sister Jenny, opened their now much larger store in Karalta Plaza in Karalta Lane, Erina. "I believe in attention to detail and your home should be surrounded by the things you love, where friends and family feel relaxed and comfortable." Says Sue.
