This would be one of my worst ever dealings with a company, they don’t bother to respond to emails and when they do they never include the requested information. I made a purchase around $1000 on the 14/06/23, today is the 26/06/23 and it still has not shipped. It stated it was in stock and would be dispatched within 2 days. I keep getting told to wait a few more days, how long do I have to wait? This behaviour from VidaXL is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting, I will never use this company again and warn others to do the same.

I bought a metal wine rack which can't be assembled as the holes don't line up. There's no phone number to contact them and so called help desk is no help at all. Never again!

Purchased a vidaXL hutch but no numbers on wood pieces so how does it go together no one is helping
