Put a 50% Deposit on 2 Sun Lounges in October 25. Been calling every month for answers It’s now April 26 Still no Sun Lounges Still no refund Unacceptable

Still waiting for custom furniture to arrive when it was due 4 months ago!!! Response from Wintons every month I ask is that is due to be shipped that month and arrive the following month but they have been saying this since February Would not recommend at all

I had a very bad experience with Wintons Teak. A week after our outdoor setting's arrival we got a mark on the table (from having a family meal). I checked the website on how to clean it - that method didn't work. I rang not once but three times to try and get some help. The lady was unhelpful to the extreme and just suggested that we cover the table. According to her teak tables are so delicate that you can't use it with food anywhere near it. I gave up in the end and wrote the table (and the company) off as a bad decision.

I am sorry to hear your unpleasant experience with our products. Since our products do not have any chemical finishing, it will leave stain marks such as food oil or red wine, however you can easily clean them with warm water with detergent or even sanding away with fine sand paper. Products great. I love the style and build quality seems fantastic. Service was great also. We ordered a dining table and eight chairs with arms. The chairs couldn't be pushed under the table so it didn't fit in our room(my fault for not checking) and they had no issues with taking those eight chairs back and manufacturing eight new ones without arms. Delivery was superb. Fast, they removed all protective covers, constructed all furniture and took all rubbish with them. A great experience
