I Definitely DO NOT Recommend This Company. First Problem: After waiting for over 4 YEARS for Precision Shower Screens to send someone to fix my leaking shower screen, they then informed me that they would not be sending anyone out as they claimed the shower screen was out of warranty and because I had posted a negative review. Both of their above claims were completely untrue because all of their products have a 5 Year Warranty and are also covered under the Australian Consumer Law Act. Additionally, I had informed them that the shower screen was leaking almost immediately after installation as well as many times after that, but they still refused to rectify the problem. As far as posting a negative review is concerned, it was only after Presicion Shower Screens informed me that they would NOT be sending anyone to fix my leaking shower screen (after I had already patiently waited for more than 4 years to have the issue fixed) that I left negative feedback. As a result of their ongoing refusal to send anyone out to fix the leaking shower screen, my 3 year old grand daughter slipped in the water on the bathroom floor and hurt herself. Despite me making Precision Shower Screens aware of this incident, they still refused to send someone to fix the issue. UPDATE: December 12, 2023 Second Problem: The plastic rail / strip that was attached to the shower door, (for the purpose of preventing water leaking out onto the bathroom floor) fell off. The piece was held on only by 2 tiny velcrose strips. Never in my life have I seen a shower so poorly manufactured.

Installation of wardrobe doors. Service was impeccable. Arrived when they said they would for quote and installation. Great communication from all team members Quick and efficient. Will use again
