“When I moved into a smaller home in a new area, I didn’t give any thought to the water. It was only after I settled in that I noticed the water had a distinctive odor and taste. Even after boiling water for use in tea and coffee, that taste and smell lingered. That’s when I heard about Simply Green’s water filtration solutions. They checked my water and found it did contain quite a few minerals and other elements. Once they installed a filtration system, the smell went away and the water tasted fine. “My furnace quit December 26th. I called Big Valley on the morning of the 27th and they came out that day to look at it. Because my furnace was quite old I decided to have it replaced, which meant we would be without heat until that was done. The long weekend was coming and I dreaded the thought of my family (including my 19-month-old grandson) being without heat for days (it was below zero outside!). But Big Valley came early on the 29th to get the job done that day-they were here by 8:30 AM. To complicate matters, that day a pipe had broken on my new washing machine box, but Kyle turned off the water, replaced the washing machine box, and turned the water back on, saving me from having to frantically try to get a plumber before the holiday. This was fantastic service! I would recommend Big Valley Heating to anyone!”

“I hired this plumber for some kitchen sink plumbing. Our strata council also hired John Sadler to replace epoxy blocked pipes and return our two furnaces to working condition. This was a major job and resulted in frequent call outs and long hours. He was 100 percent reliable and efficient. I have nothing but praise for his business ethics and perseverance handling a very challenging problem. I believe he is the only master plumber on the Sunshine Coast and his estimates reflect this. However, I would not consider hiring any other plumber in the future.”
