After looking into some of the projects Greg and his team had completed it was clear to see the quality they produced from the extremely high end homes they have built and renovated. I was pleasantly surprised that when I contacted Greg he was more than happy to work on my old Queenslander In Camp Hill for a minor renovation we were starting. We wanted to reconfigure walls and windows to make our space more useable. Greg was able to provide expert advice whilst also using his experience to improve my original idea whilst also ending up saving money on the renovation. He was able to manage all other associated trades while providing constant contact to keep us up to date and in the loop. We have built 4 houses; 3 with project home builders and our last home with Accurate Building and Construction. Our experience with Accurate Building and Construction has by far been the most satisfying and personable due to the company being a family run business. The build was efficient and well coordinated with the finishing date as per the contract. Throughout the building process we had close contact with our builder, Greg, who is the owner of the company. This guaranteed us an ongoing understanding of the build processes. Unlike project home builds, the initial quotation process was transparent and more inclusive. Now after 7 years we have not had any concerns with our home as it was a build using quality materials and workmanship through all stages of construction.
