Our renovation brief was to seamlessly blend a 145 SqM extension to the existing home of circa 70 years. The project included replacing all existing ceilings, removing, re-pitching and re-cladding the roof, a kitchen overhaul, new laundry and master bedroom ensuite and the installation of a spa bath in the master bedroom overlooking the garden. Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with and he constantly turned our crazy ideas into functional results. The outdoor entertainment space had to be built around a huge old liquid amber tree, a challenge from the get go. Not only was it put to good on numerous occasions before we sold and moved to Tassie but it won a REIWA award for best alfresco, a fitting reward for quality craftsmanship.
