All Innovative Building

When we first met Brad we knew that he was going to be the right person for our job. It was so important to us that the builders that we had on site would be considerate of our needs as a family, and Brad made our girls feel part of the process from the start. Brad and his team were flexible and understanding through the design process, with nothing ever seeming like it was a problem or too hard. Once the project started we couldn’t have been more impressed with the organisation, the quality of the team that Brad had working on site, how quickly the carport came together and the standard of work. We can’t wait for the second stage of our works to start and having Brad and his team back on site.

We had All Innovative Building extend our upstairs area as well as renovate 2 bathrooms and install a new pergola. They did an amazing job, we are so happy with it all!! Brad, Dan and the rest of the team including all the outside trades he used were so easy to work with and have in our house. I would highly recommend AIB if you are thinking of renovating.

I engaged Brad as the builder for my Kitchen Renovation Project in Allambie Heights. From the very start, Brad was professional, reliable and great at communicating. I can highly recommend Brad and I am looking forward to working with Brad and his team again soon!

I have given Brad five stars not because the job was perfect as there were some minor issues. I have given him and his team five stars because when there was an emergency and we had no one to turn to, Brad's team would come up with a solution often on a day's notice. I will also add the renovation was stressful and Brad always had a calm demeanor in the middle of the hurricane
