Arcadia Homes are a Sunshine Coast based New Home Builder that believes in offering the new home experience that clients are searching for. We believe in having the utmost transparency when dealing with clients and their wants and needs when it comes to building their new home. The biggest concern that we have found with clients that have dealt with other builders on the Sunshine Coast is that communication lacked or dropped off after the sales pitch and that dealing with multiple people throughout the company was more beneficial for the builder not the client. Sales people that disappear after contracting signing, admin staff that don’t know you unless you know your job number. Arcadia Homes is changing this. We understand that building your home whether this be your first home, your second home or even your investment home. Each customer will be different in the way that they want to be informed of the build. We have some clients who do not want to know anything ‘just let me know when i can move in’ or we have clients that want to know every little detail when it comes to the building process. Whomever you are Arcadia Homes will tailor make the building experience for you. Our aim is to build your home whilst making the entire experience as simple as possible, we may do this every day of our lives but we understand this is a completely new experience for you.
