After two failed attempts using architects to prepare concept designs for my renovation, I engaged Baker Developments to manage the design and build process. I am really pleased with the plans developed by Adam and his team, in particular the level of support during the DA process. Adam was able to manage the council during the Pre-DA and DA process. Adam and his team then prepared a submission that was fully compliant with council requirements. Where onerous and unreasonable changes were proposed by council, Adam used his experience to negotiate reasonable compromises that still met my original design brief. Post DA approval, Adam was very accommodating of my changes and I received great support from Jenny with regards to arranging quotes, managing the CC process through to recommending suppliers for fittings, fixtures and surface coverings. I highly recommend the Baker Team, they made the DA process seamless and stress-free. Can't wait to start construction!

Adam and his team at Baker Developments Pty Ltd recently completed the knockdown and rebuild of our house in Lilyfield. We couldn't be happier with the results and love our new home! Adam is very organised and efficient and basically managed the project from start to finish. He also advised us on the various solutions and options available and made suggestions for new features and finishes that have become some of our favourite parts of the house. He has a great team supporting him, from his own guys to external contractors that he has obviously built up very good long-term relationships with, we enjoyed see them all on site and their attention to detail was first class. We spoke to many builders before we selected Baker Developments, but we were impressed with Adam's attitude and approach and we have not been disappointed. Adam and his team really care about the work they do (as if it was their own home) and this attention to detail shows in the finished product.
