Avoid this business at all costs. We foolishly trusted them to do our kitchen renovation. It was a disaster. We were left with an unfinished job and over $14,000 of money missing. We paid for physical items such as range hood, stone bench tops and lights and never received them. Tried mediation through the Building and Plumbing Commission which failed because Bathtime couldn’t show up. Contract breaches from the first week, poor communication, stolen money, the list is endless. Do not recommend.

The team at bathtime bathrooms recently completed two bathroom renovations for us and suffice to say we are thrilled with them! The trades were professional, on time and above all the quality of workmanship was exceptional. We would highly recommend!! Pip and Dan

JUST AMAZING! We called Tony from Bathtime bathrooms due to both our bathrooms being exposed to mould due to a water leak. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and we needed the work completed asap. Tony was amazing to deal with from the get go. He assured us that both bathrooms will be completed in a timely manner and was extremely professional. Once the process started Luke who was managing the project kept us informed of every step of the way. Both Tony and Luke were amazing to deal with and the bathrooms were completed to an exceptional standard. We are extremely happy with the work each tradie put into our bathrooms and of the outcome. The bathrooms look immaculate and we would highly recommend Bathtime bathrooms to anyone who is wanting a new bathroom. THANK YOU again.

Had Bathtime renovate our bathroom over Oct.. Nov 21..Overall happy with the job.. The trades were all great.. Needed the bathroom finished before we moved in which they achieved.. So why 3 stars. The supervisor knew his profession but did not always listen or read information... As an example the spa installation requirement was it to be put on a sand base... After the spa had been put in but walls were not in I saw that there was no sand base... I queried it.. Luke wasn't going to do it... I had to insist and get home to talk to the manufacturer... It was necessary.. If I hadn't picked this up it wouldn't have happened.... Not good ..so I had to be a second supervisor at times In preparation of bathroom for photos I found a very small gouge in the bottom of the spa.. Easily fixable.. Looks like a tile had been dropped.... I contacted bath time. with 3 emails. . No response... It seems once they have finished that's it.. Finally to me a 5 star operation would do a final check with the owner.. It never happened.. So while happy with the overall job.. Considering what you pay not 5star

18 months ago my wife and I decided to upgrade our 1979 house to join the 21 st century. Tony and Wayne were engaged to do the work. The tradies were wonderful and very polite, happy to make changes to please us. We now have 2 fantastic bathrooms, new toilets, downlighting, and a new kitchen which can only be described as magnificent. All who see it are stunned. Our house has been transformed and is a delight to live in it. Tony and Wayne are our good friends today, and we still keep in touch. Bathtime Bathrooms renovated my bathroom it’s a bath shower with vanity and mirror and a seperate toilet, I was happy with the cost and time it took it was managed well, my wife and I are happy with the end result. Alex Braun

We had two bathrooms gutted, in one case extended, and completely renovated by Bathtime Bathrooms and are delighted with the results. Given there was a lot to do, there were quite a few tradies tasked with the varied aspects of the project. Occasionally keeping track of it all was complex but the team were great and their work was thorough and excellent. We are really happy with our well-finished bathrooms – thanks to all at Bathtime Bathrooms who created these lovely spaces for us.

Very happy with our new ensuite, but now we have to renovate the rest of the house to match classy bathroom.

Thank you to your staff and tradies for a great job. We had a few minor hiccups but that’s to be expected. I commend all the tradesmen, they took off boots, cleaned up each time, friendly and put up with four dogs! Well Done.

I Just wanted to thank all the team that renovated our bathroom. They were all highly professional through out the renovation.They were all courteous and polite to us and even looked after our beloved dog who inspected their work on a hourly basis. They left the bathroom clean and tidy everyday and even though it was raining on some days they made sure that they removed their shoes and never dragged mud through the house. We were given a schedule for the week which informed us who was coming and what times they were expected. This enabled us to plan our week with minimal fuss occurring to our busy lifestyle.

Bathtime Bathrooms has done a superb renovation of our old bathroom, and the transformation has been remarkable in quality, style, and finish. Service from start to finish of the project was outstanding, and the specialist professional craftsmen who did the job were all highly skilled and knowledgeable about their trades, and able to offer well-informed and very helpful advice when this was needed at critical points in the project. Bathtime Bathroom Co-founders Tony and Wayne were a pleasure to work with, and exemplary in their caring and conscientious approach to business.
