Building & Construction Group

We had an unused space of approx 1/3 of our house since our Children left home. We decided to create a new larger bedroom and ensuite. Greg Ransom was contracted to organise the project, which involved designing, construction works, including reinforcing and levelling with new flooring, project management for tiling, painting, electrical, plumbing etc. The ensuite involves floor space of approx 8 plus sq metres and includes all the usual bathroom, enclosed shower, toilet requirements and cabinetry. The whole project was completed in the timeline promised; within the scope of works quotation and now after 18 months there has been nil issues resulting and we are exceptionally pleased with the overall outcome. We have photos of the ensuite we are only too pleased to display and show.

Greg from Building and Construction did a fabulous major renovation for us, including the relocation of both our laundry and kitchen. We could not be happier with the professionalism and standard of work completed in our project. His attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, whilst always being mindful of budget were greatly appreciated. He even managed to get it all done before Christmas!
