“Brad and his team did a phenomenal job on our interior remodel. Not only was the work completed beautifully but he and his team made sure to attend to every detail no matter how small. Also, they managed to put me at ease each time I'd begin to worry. We now have a beautiful kitchen, new floors, and new paint with a beautiful open concept because of the wall they removed. I'm so thankful for my new space. Every time someone visits they stand around in awe of how beautiful it is! People constantly say "WOW~! This doesn't even look like the same house!". It's beautiful! Thanks so much!”

“Sawgrass and his team are regarded as one of the best contracting groups in the area, and I can confirm that as I have had about 5 different projects done by them. The projects are all finished on time and the budgets are throughly discussed as to account for changes. Dave will keep you informed of all things to be changed and has years of expertise that he brings to improve the quality of the work, I would get a quote from him before you start any work around your home, because of course he will help you make it your castle.”

“After working with the client for several months to create exactly what she wanted, Jack and all that worked with him were extremely professional and did a terrific job. Jack has a great attention to detail especially when it came to the finishes and trades. They were a stickler when it came to doing it right and staying in budget. Jack was great with the structural pieces as far as coming up with the best way and best materials to use. I would say that with our concepts, Jack made sure all we wanted was implemented into the design of the home making it an excellent finished product.”

“We hired ESG Construction for one reason - Ed Gard. He built us a retirement home we will forever be proud of and he did it within our budget and explained every cost - pro and con. You will not find a more reliable, honest contractor anywhere else. He listened to what we wanted and built us a true custom home! Want more electrical outlets? No problem. Want your kitchen in the front of the house? No problem. Whatever we asked for he found a way to make it happen and if it just wasn’t feasible (cost wise or construction wise) he explained the reasons. He is honest to a fault and just an all around good guy. We have recommended him to several people and are so pleased with our home. We will continue to recommend ESG as the one true custom home builder in the Flagler Beach area! Update*. Would also like to acknowledge the wonderful contractors that Ed has working with him. We recently discovered a problem and the contractor responsible for that portion of building our home came out and made the problem right even though we were outside our warranty period. I cannot stress enough how wonderful an experience we had working with Ed and his crew.”
