“This has been the 3rd renovation project I have contracted through Taylor Burton Construction and as expected the experience was fantastic. Taylor and his business parter Blake were always engaged in every aspect of the project. This renovation required an expertise that I would not have entrusted to any other firm. Taylor Burton grew up building homes with his father and is unmatched in his construction knowledge in the state of Alabama. The project was painstakingly reviewed to keep the addition from looking like an addition and I can say it was a success. If you are in the market for a high quality renovation contractor in the Mountain Brook or Vestavia area then Taylor Burton Construction is the company to use.”

“My family and I recently purchased and renovated our new home. We hired Brandon and his team at Parker Home Solutions to handle the entire, extensive renovations that we had planned. Quick list: New roof, HVAC, floors, kitchen, exterior, paint, and re-designed the floor space. Not only did Brandon do an excellent job, but we were amazed at the speed in which they knocked this project out. I uploaded a couple pics.”

“Drake Homes has a very friendly and professional staff! My wife and I wanted to build our Dream Home, but had no clue where to begin, so we began to search the web for local Custom Home Builders. Drake's website was very impressive, and their testimonials compelled me to contact them. After my first meeting with Drake, I knew that Drake was the Home Builder for my family! Drake's Professionals were very attentive to my family's needs, and made our House Planning process an effortless adventure. We spent four months designing our home, and six months building. Once Construction began, there were many opportunities to modify aspects of our home, and Drake's staff was always willing to make those modifications with minimal sacrifices our budget. Drake's Professionals were very knowledgeable when it came to unique finishes and touches. I've always heard that building a Custom Home is stressful, but my experience was the complete opposite. Drake Homes did a phenomenal job of scheduling, analyzing our budget, and turning our dreams into our NEW REALITY!!!!”

“Jadco/Mickey Bates painted and glazed kitchen and master bath cabinetry, repaired sheetrock and replaced damaged trim in the master bedroom, installed granite countertops in the kitchen, and painted kitchen, master bed and bath. I cannot praise them enough for the wonderful job they did. It was done in a timely way and all the crew were excellent, knowledgeable, polite, going way beyond what I expected, even cleaning up after each days work. An example of going above and beyond, ie, I had selected granite that was not available locally so the granite company sent a representative to Atlanta to buy the slab. The representative emailed me pictures of the slab, even sent pictures of three other slabs that were much less expensive. Mickey Bates was very professional, he came and inspected each job done and if not satisfied would correct the situation ASAP. I cannot praise Mickey Bates enough for the job he did and would gladly recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed.”

“My husband and I bought a new home and wanted to personalize it according to our taste. Darlene Raughton met with us, listened to our ideas and somehow made them a reality! Our project included updating paint and trim work throughout the entire house, adding a laundry room and pool bath as well as a complete kitchen redo. Darlene accomplished this with a high level of professionalism and in a timely manner, 4 months. The subs she used were professionals she has worked with for over 10 years and she was proactive regarding any issues that needed to be addressed. I have renovated homes before but this was the first time I had a woman in charge of the project, what a difference. Instead of the "this will work" approach, Darlene worked hard to make every detail perfect. She often would pick up a broom at the end of the day to ensure a clean work environment. If you are considering building or renovating, you should consider using Darlene Raughton and Reality Homes.”

“I called Iron City Builders to price replacement of rotted masonite around my chimney and patch eaves. They responded same day and set an appointment to view the work. They provided a written estimate and discussed options for the repairs the next day. Once approved they completed the work in one day. They did a quality job, very timely and responsive, great price, and left everything tidy and neat. In today's competitive market it's hard to find someone who shows up on schedule and provides good value and quality work. Iron City Builders did a great job for me.”
