Capstone have been the most reliable home extension and renovation build experience! David is an extremely capable engineer and resolved various technical issues encountered along the way. He operates with a true partnership approach and works together to tide over the various challenges that can come on a project. Eddie and his team showed professionalism and excellent customer service. We've used Capstone Projects on four separate occasions to renovate our house. After our first experience with the team where we found them to be reliable and trustworthy, we didn't hesitate in using them again on more internal and backyard renovations. We would use them again in future and we would not hesitate in recommending them.

My wife and I approached a number of builders, but most wanted to tell us what we wanted.. David and his team at Capstone listened to our requests, worked within our budget. We had a 2nd story extension so the build was carried whilst we still lived in the home. Through out the process the premises was kept clean and any issues that did arise it was addressed without any problems.. The tradesman were very professional and polite and the end result was very much to our requirements. We have no problem in referring Capstone and would happily engage them for any further work in the future.

Capstone have delightfully renovated our new home. It was not an easy job, being a heritage home. However, David, Jordan and their experienced tradesmen took the care and went the extra mile to do a great job for us. We hear a lot of horror stories, when it comes to building, we were very lucky to have the Capstone team, so we didn't have any experiences like that. Being a heritage home, you have to expect to have some difficulties and things that may be unexpected. David and Jordan were great with their problem solving skills in those situations. That along with their communication, and the work conducted is why we would very much recommend using them as your builder for a renovation or extension. We very much look forward to using them again in the future.

David took the time with us upfront to work through options for our renovation. Once in progress, David did a great job getting us moved back in for the holidays, even with more than expected asbestos and a number of variations. The quality of work was first rate, the team is good, courteous with neighbours. Capstone made the process and enjoyable one. 2 years on we're still loving our home as much as the day we moved in.

We recently used Capstone Projects for our home renovation and i could not recommend them more highly. From the very start to getting plans drawn up and us discussing our ideas right through to the completed beautiful product we could not be happier with the team. They deliver a high quality product and don't muck around, they were there every day pushing forward with the project which we really appreciated. Excellent and quick communication too.
