Our new home a “one of” construction with a couple of critical aspects of difference was completed by Classics with a minimum of fuss and on time. Great communication between us and their team, including great comms with their sub-contractors meant that any and all proposed variations were understood and agreed to by all parties. The finished result speaks volumes for how building contracts should be performed. We are thrilled with the build, attention to detail and would highly recommend team Classics. We built our home with Classic Constructions because of the high quality finish we saw on their display homes. They custom designed our house to suit our block of land and we couldn't be happier with the end product. The process was much quicker than we expected and we were fortunate as we encountered no problems without build. Classics made the process run smoothly and all the trades they used were excellent. Everything we needed or wanted was accommodated and Classics kept us within budget by bringing the additional costs to our attention whenever necessary and providing affordable solutions for our requests. Though the process we felt like valued customers at every point. It was like you were having a friend build your house (one who put you before anyone else!) Next time we build I intend to use Classics again, they are fantastic.

We chose Classic Constructions to build our first home. The quality is excellent and their attention to detail is evident throughout our house. Classic Constructions recently built our dream home. It was on a difficult sloping block but with fantastic views. Together with their recommended architect, the house was custom designed and built to our particular requirements and it has exceeded our expectations. They were supportive and communicated well with us throughout the whole process and the quality was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We were rebuilding a Mr Fluffy house. The Classics team has shown great competence in managing the planning and building processes. The design that we finally settled on reflected our criteria and it was clear from the outset that the team understood those criteria and did their best to incorporate them into the plans. The construction itself went mostly very smoothly and there were no major hiccups. We appreciated being regularly asked about items at various stages. We were lucky that we able to visit the site almost daily and therefore were able to talk with the sub contractors about their work. They were all welcoming and we appreciated the opportunity that they gave us to have input into finer points of detail. The people in their office were always helpful and responsive to the silliest of questions. We were very happy with the quality of inclusions and with the professionalism of their suppliers. We didn’t have plans to build a new house until Mr Fluffy struck, but we are very, very pleased that after many visits to show homes in the region we chose to build with Classic Constructions.
