Craftman Design and Construct

Josh and his team saved me, I had terrible time with original builder and was lucky to find Josh. He managed to pull together a complete remediation (I do mean complete....!) at a reasonable price and in time so that that we were able to move in as planned. They really worked with me at every step to make sure we got what we wanted and their workmanship was just fantastic. I will only go to Craftman from now on and absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Josh Kuba and his Craftman Design & Construct team renovated my home-unit in 2019. It was a very big job. Everything went like clockwork to the minute and to the dollar!! Josh has managed to solve the most unimaginable problems, even going out of his way, working longer hours if it was necessary. We were very satisfied with a custom renovation done by Josh Kuba in 2013 and we're asking him to do a similar project again. The work was designed nicely and completed on time and to budget. Josh was very professional and a good communicator with good ideas and relevant experience.

I did not have a good experience with Craftman resulting in defects with money withheld. My advice if considering this builder is to make sure you have a NSW Building Act compliant contract co-signed (in paper), check their experience for the work you're doing and get references, This my experience and opinion only and others may have better experiences which I'd be interested in hearing.
