DN Building is a local family run business who has a permanent team of five fully qualified builders. With all our projects, we endeavour to use the same team of quality local sub-contractors for every job such as - electrician, plumber, painter, tiler, refrigeration mechanic, plasterer, cabinet maker and concreter. Our relationships with Darwin’s best architects, engineers and certifiers makes the plans, approval and inspection process easy, fast and stress-free for our clients. Our clients come from all walks of life and income brackets. We build brand-new homes, completely transform ex-commission houses or classic Darwin elevated, and can dramatically improve lifestyles just by giving a bathroom or kitchen a makeover or extending a living space with a timber deck. We have recently completed commercial works at Waratah Football Ground and Surf Dive ‘n Ski, Smith Street, Darwin. Since we launched the business in 2011, most of our work has come from word of mouth—often from people living in the same street who drive by a DN Building renovation, see the transformation unfolding and want the same for their home. Over the past 2 years we have showcased our renovations and extensions in Resident Magazine. Our website is regularly updated with galleries of completed works.
