Heath and his team completed the renovation of our much loved Bayside Edwardian home. We were very keen to keep the original style and details and Heath has certainly delivered! Although most of the house has been rebuilt, it has been done so well that it seems it was always part of the old house. We kept as many features as we could, like the old external chimney and lead light doors and windows. We are very happy with the result and will enjoy our space for many more years to come. We absolutely loved to work with the entire Donnellan team, including the trades. They were friendly, skilled and hard working and made the process a great experience. A massive thanks to all of you!

Donnellan Constructions delivered a high-quality extensive renovation of our 1920s weatherboard house in 2010. We were really impressed by Heath's attention to detail, and we were delighted with the work that his team delivered. Last year we decided to update the front of the house, which had the original double hung windows and poorly insulated walls - a notable contrast to the renovated back of the house, especially in terms of keeping the house warm/cold in winter/summer. We had no hesitation in contacting Donnellan Constructions again, given our really positive past experience, and were delighted with the advice provided and the quality of the work they produced. They organised and installed replica double glazed windows, insulation directly pumped into the walls (a no mess external solution that works brilliantly in terms of reducing street noise and keeping us cool/warm), as well as fixing some old weatherboards, and painting the entire house. We continue to be impressed by Donnellan Constructions' high quality work and customer service, all delivered within the price we agreed. We unreservedly recommend Donnellan Constructions. A quality builder that you won't regret working with.

Donnellan Constructions did a major renovation for us in Chelsea during the COVID-19 shutdown period. We are very happy with the house and the work they did. We engaged them on the basis of reviews, reputation, and because they live locally and know the coastal conditions. We were not disappointed. A year and a half on from move-in everything seems to be working well and any issues that have arisen have been addressed by the builder in a timely fashion. Inevitably, owing to the COVID times, things happened during the build that could not have been foreseen: industry shutdowns, materials shortages, and time delays (the build ran over by about 12 months). Communication issues also arose now and then because of restricted site visits. This was handled well and it must have been challenging for the builder during this period, as it was for us. The house is very thermally efficient and a pleasure to live in. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for your planned house renovation works.

My home required many different types of works. I first thought to do each separately and monitor myself but it proved much too difficult & impractical. So I investigated builders that had been used locally & through discussions with the home owners settled on Heath Donnellan. Excellent decision. A thorough professional & very approachable. No question too big or too small for his attention. All his on-site boys & girls excellent. Office Staff also. A pleasure to do business with. I am more than happy to be contacted by someone who is in the same position as I was.

I would highly recommend Donnellan Constructions, Heath and the team have just completed our renovation and we are really happy with our new space. Heath and his team turned our small 3 bedroom 1980's house into a modern 4 bedroom spacious house with plenty of storage. Heath and his entire team were fantastic throughout the whole process - from initial meeting, to design, to quoting and finally to the build - it was a very smooth process. We are wrapped with the finish product and love our new house. Heath and his team worked around us and our timeframe and completed the build on time and on budget.
