I did my renovations with Esteem Constructions and found the team highly professional and delivered the work with the best quality and importantly earlier than expected. We really can't say enough good things about Sadi, Sidhu and the Team at Esteem Constructions. This was a 3 month renovation of a kitchen, 2 bath, 3 bedroom and both back and front deck which finished earlier than expected. They explained every detail of the process and Sadi was extremely responsive to the questions we had along the way. Overall their attention to detail was outstanding which was reflected in their high quality work. The team at Esteem worked really hard to make this a good experience for us and also surprised us with a small gift which we are extremely grateful for. We would definitely recommend Sadi and his team in a heartbeat, Thank you.

Esteem Construction did a full renovation of our property. The work and communication was very professional and done in a timely manner. I was very happy with the build quality and also the overall workmanship of the tradies. I would definitely say - look no further than Esteem Construction for any renovation, building job. This review is not made out of spite, but rather by an extremely dissatisfied client who aims to provide constructive criticism so “Esteem” Constructions does not repeat the same actions that led to my thoroughly disappointing ordeal. Before I detail my distressing experience, I would like to preface that I have now had to pursue this matter with NSW Fair Trading and HIA to resolve the numerous defects that they falsely promised to rectify, but have thus far failed to do so. Almost 3 months without a kitchen instead of the promised 1 month, numerous “sub-contractors” would quite frequently either; turn up unannounced, turn up late, or not turn up at all! This can be verified by the text-messages that I have kept thorough record of. And after all of that, I can truly say that the quality of the work completed is just honestly in my opinion not good enough!!! Esteem Construction does not have a showroom for their kitchens, so the poor quality of the kitchen I got, is unfortunately what I am stuck with considering the exorbitant price I have paid. Aside from the many defects in the “completed” work, the Esteem Construction team broke 2 colonial windows within my home, but have only partially repaired 1 of them. In addition, the Esteem Construction team has also chipped/cracked 2 brand-new, expensive floor tiles which they promised to replace but have now refused to do so. The Esteem Construction team also damaged my previously, perfectly functional blinds. They promised to inspect the damages, but have yet again, failed to keep their promises! On top of this, there is still a list of other defects that Esteem Constructions refuses to acknowledge and take ownership for, which I consider to be highly unprofessional. Expansive proof can be provided for all of this as well. I have had a few renovations on other properties done by other companies in the past, but this experience has by far been the worst; not only in the poor quality of the “completed work” but also how I have been mistreated as a client. I hope my feedback helps Esteem Constructions reflect upon and improve their services in the future, as I regret using them after the disappointing ordeal that I have endured.

We chose Esteem for our home renovation purely based on internet reviews such as this. Having a considerable reno and it being our first time to avail such services, we really didn’t know what to expect. We had to completely renovate our bathrooms, get a facelift for our kitchen and laundry, add a new study nook in our garage and the list went on. Having gone through the transformation now, we would definitely recommend Esteem to anyone who seek any sort of renovation and building services. ESTEEM did a complete renovation on my bathroom and garage. Having no experience in renovations i was so worried to find a builder i can trust and rely on. I must say that you can fully trust on ESTEEM with your eyes closed. I am so impressed with the job and the project management skills . We got in touch with esteem construction for our house renovation along with few others. We went ahead with esteem as their quotes were quite reasonable. Now that our renovations are done i would definitely recommend esteem as it was done well witin our budget and the end outcome was exceptional well beyond our expectations.
