Our new home has just been completed and we are extraordinarily happy with the end result. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, with plenty of consistent updates on the current status of the project. Trades took their time and delivered high quality work. Flascon advised the job would be completed within 10-11 months, and we achieved handover almost exactly 10 months after commencement. Many thanks to the team at Flascon, highly recommended.

My wife and I took on the daunting task of building our own bespoke home, however the reality was very far from daunting as the Flascon team made the process so incredibly easy for us. From the very start Jay gave us expectations in timing and what to expect throughout the project, everything was mapped out for us and apart from controlling our excitement and anticipation, we just had to enjoy the ride. The whole team from the office to the guys onsite were great in providing advice throughout, at times making decisions on certain design aspects can be difficult but with experienced and knowledgeable experts at Flascon on hand we were able to get ideas and recommendations to assist us along the way. The workmanship and trades that were employed on the project was to a very high standard, there were no shortcuts, and everything has been finished to the highest standard. One thing that I noticed throughout the project was that Jay and Michael never compromised on their high standards for quality and delivering a product they were happy to put their name to. Post-handover the great communication has continued to ensure we are happy are not in need of any assistance, this brings a lot of comfort to an owner in making such a large investment. I would like to thank Jay and the team at Flascon Construction Group for all their hard work and for delivering a great result, a seriously impressive house that they should be proud of helping to create. We could not be happier with our new home! The build was such an enjoyable experience and we felt fully supported in making all decision to do with the build from tile selection to organising our own tapware from a recommended - but not usually used - supplier. Courtney was able to direct us to the suppliers who could help with selections that would help us achieve the Hampton look we were after. Jeff and Michael the project managers kept us informed the whole way through and accommodated lots of on-site meetings so we could discuss all the smaller details. Jay (owner) was also only a phone call away. Thanks guys, best experience and our perfect family home.

"Look no further" that's what I would say to the new home builders. And this is pretty much what happened to us since Jay and I had my first long constructive conversation in response to my web inquiry. From that point onwards we never looked back or had a second thought in mind because it was so easy to deal with him. Things just kept rolling since then without any hold-ups and one could imagine this is only possible when you feel comfortable and receives prompt responses even if occasionally we felt it might be a dumb question. Jay and Ross are truly professionals and experts in the construction industry so as Courtney helped a lot in selections and keeping things neat and tidy. A very collaborative, passionate team with customer satisfaction is top on the list. This was very well seen and received throughout the build process in the form of one on one on-site meetings, accommodating changes to the original design, expert opinions, effective engagement, and simple checks asking "are you happy?" We had a very satisfying experience working with FCG team. The build is an exact replica of what was in the plans with a quality finish. The team delivered to their brand promise "bespoke luxury home builder".

From our experience, the level of service, dedication and personal commitment from Jay and members from Flascon team was beyond exceptional. There were many times pre-contract and during the build where we were confused and Jay, Courtney or Ross would always be ready to give an honest opinion on what they thought was best for us. We've been in the past with other builders (especially large project builders), where our job is just another project number and all they care about is making sure what's written is delivered to a reasonable standard. But with Jay and the Flascon team it's genuinely about you and not getting some reason or recommendation that makes their job easier or some other benefit to the builder. Even after the contract was signed, any changes that we wanted to make (most were because we hadn't thought of it beforehand) were accommodated and charged at an honest fair price without all sorts of admin fees that some builders charge to either deter you from making changes or taking the chance to rip you off once you're locked in. A small example I'll share, quite sometime after we had finalised our selections, we had forgotten to advise that some places we wanted black tap wear and only remembered during a walk through to decide on the exact locations of where things should be installed. Despite our selections being finalised and delivered, Courtney and Ross went out the their way to change it so that we got what we wanted. There are many other examples I can share where Jay and his team went out to of their way to accommodate our requests, which is why we've confidently referred Jay and Flascon to our family and friends who are wanting to build. To summarise, I can honestly say that Jay is a man of principles and his personal values clearly reflects through the company, his team members at Flascon and other parties that you'll have to deal with (e.g. electrician, cabinet maker). Deciding to go ahead with Flascon was honestly the best decision we made and we're very happy that we entrusted Jay to make our dream home into a reality! Raynesh & Pratiksha
