After purchasing our land, we decided to design a house that was practical and to our liking. After the plans were drawn, we then ventured out for a builder, we found Genyou and from the beginning they were professional, easy going and helpful with anything we wanted to change, gave great suggestions and keeping all within our budget. Would recommend Dean, Anthony, Luke & team at Genyou without hesitation. It was a smooth, communicative, honest and fantastic experience through every step of the build. We built our forever family home with GenYou builders and couldn't ask for anything more in a builder. As you progress through the build, there obviously things we missed during the design phase, but no change was ever an issue for Dean and Anthony. They gave us an amazing home which we are truly grateful that we chose these guys as our builders and if we ever need something done in the future, we will be using them again.

We used Genyou to build our custom designed home. It was a complex build on multiple levels. Anthony and his team did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble and finished quality was excellent. Highly recommend them for any building project. We love our new home!

Genyou were contracted to build an extension and carport. The builders' standard of work was of the highest quality, efficient and very reasonable costs. Anth and Dean were great to deal with throughout the build the comunication level was excellent always prompt with any questions or queries. There trades such as plumbers, electricians and tilers to name a few were very helpful, obliging & friendly to deal with. Never felt like a number, always a valued customer. Thanks guys great job! Genyou are amazing, the renovation on the house looks so good that most people can't work out where the new begins & old house end. We chose Genyou Builders for our custom build home, which we moved into early 2018. Our home is relatively small by today’s standards (14.24 sqs) Adjoining garage (11.33 sqs) Alfresco (2.38) Porch (0.37 sqs) Total area 28.33. But it packs a lot into a small space. The guys at Genyou, Anthony & Dean are very easy to deal with and are most accommodating. When we initially met with Anthony & Dean we got a very good feeling and knew instantly we were in good hands. We knew they fully understood our expectations for the project. Throughout the build there were some minor (and some a little more major), but nonetheless unavoidable hick-ups. These were always deals wth promptly and managed efficiently with the minimum disruption to the overall project. As clients, we had very definite ideas of what we did/did not want. Many, many hours of thought had gone into the design of our home and Genyou were well aware of our vision. They were able to successfully navigate us through the highs and lows of ‘the build’ with relative ease. Our home came in a little over budget - variations seem to be unavoidable. And was finished within the original timeframe we were given. We couldn’t have been happier when we moved into our home. It was everything we had hoped for. Building a home is stressful, there’s no denying that, but it certainly helps when you have a builder guiding you through the process ... and that Anthony & Dean did .... and did do well.

Our renovation was extensive and threw up a number of unforeseen challenges. I was very glad we had Genyou Builders on board as these guys are a well organised, professional outfit who clearly enjoy what they do and know how to do it to a very high standard. Communication was always easy and direct, solving unusual problems along the way being a particular strength. We were delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Genyou.
