Golden Rock Construction - Sydney Builder

I am very happy with Golden Rock. We chose Golden Rock to knock down our old home and build a duplex. As someone have no building experience, we found them very professional and easy to work with. They guided us through the whole process. The building cost is very reasonable. We started our knock down and rebuilt project on early 2022 with no delay or cost variances. During 2022, the industry experienced significant cost increase, lack of materials and labour. They kept their contract price. Our project didn't experience delay from the lack of materials/labour. During the construction, we hired Jim's inspection for stage inspections with no major defects. They inspector said they did a great job. They are always happy to listen and fixed up any problems. We had no issues overall with the team, would definitely recommend.
