I Have to say I would not even rate this service. If your looking for a company who will rip you off steal from you damage any and everything and offer you a pig of a site manager this company is for you. In the time they have been coming to my property they have done some of the most dodgy work I have ever seen. Want cracks through your slab use them. want years of problems down the track this company will cause you nothing but problems and dramas and blame you when things go wrong AVOID IF U WANT A DECENT FINISHED PRODUCT

I must appreciate the fair and trustworthy people, quality of work and standards maintained by the company people to manage well to meet the timelines. Granny Flat Leaders have perfectly satisfied my requirements and quality standards. It was a delight to get the services from them which has really proved to be a good decision for our granny flat construction. I was very comfortable with them.
