We used Hartl Constructions when we had water damage to our home coming where upstairs walls met downstairs roofs; we had tried multiple different options before to fix the issue and ended up wasting our money with fixes that didn't work. Hartl Constructions fixed our issues. A year on since they finished and I am very pleased to say that not a drop of water passes into our home anymore, no mould growth anymore. Especially given some of the very strong rain we have had; not a drop. If you want a job that is done well, run professionally with an end result that is quality, then I highly recommend Hartl Constructions. Wow, Jordan is the true definition of professionalism in his trade. He built an amazing new 2nd level verandah on our two story house with pergola roof and railings, and it is perfect. Hartl Constructions was employed to install 5m sliding doors, installation of aluminium doors as well as install timber beams and removal of pillars in alfresco area. I found Jordan and Hartl Constructions through a friend when I mentioned that we needed to build some new office space at one of our warehouse locations. Outlining and planning the project was done in a few days and a quote was soon prepared and he was able to fit our build in a couple of weeks later as luck would have it. Jordan was great to work with and dealt with the usual thoughts, changes and updates on the fly. He managed the entire project and oversaw all the services from construction, air-conditioning, electrical to gyprock and final painting. Now we are planning a move to a larger warehouse and will have no hesitation in contacting him again for round two.

I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. The first and most important thing I needed to know was where am I going to move and is it going to be a suitable facility for my equipment. On very short notice, Jordan came to my proposed new site and was able to answer all my questions and solve the problems we had on our initial walk through. Within two days he had prepared a detailed and complete quote for the works needed to renovate the premises into the space I needed to operate my business. Being forced into a situation with very limited time, Jordan was amazingly accommodating to fit me into his schedule and completed all the works within the deadlines and budget he had quoted. To make this happen Jordan worked long hours and on weekends to get the job done. He had a fantastic team of trades that backed him up who were all a pleasure to deal with. In the end, the job was finished a few days ahead of time and the workmanship and finishes were all exceptional. Two years on, I still get customers coming through my door and commenting on how great the shop looks which is a ringing endorsement of the impressive work Jordan has done for me and my business. The site was transformed from a boxed in maze to an open and functional space to for us to work in.
